PCF8591 ADC/DAC - Architecture，Schematic, and Datasheet Reference Links
Now I am thinking of using the cheapy PCF8591 AD/DA module for testing the Tunnel Diode 2BS4A.
The DAC is used as adjustable PSU to tunnel diode.
The ADC two channels is used to measure the differential voltage across the tunnel diode.
