Tunnel Diode Oscillator Design Fundamentals
Now I know that to make the tunnel diode oscillate, I need to set the load line so that the Q point is set in the negative dynamic resistance NDR region.
But I have forgotten all the basic principles of oscillation. So I googled and found the following two reference good to refresh my memory.

Reading Some EE SE Q&As in “Tunnel Diode"
I am curious how others are answering the questions in tunnel diode. So I searched and read some of them.
I am a bit sadly surprised that there seem to be no answer on rxperimental work, such as what I am doing, plotting the I-V curve of a real tunnel diode.
